How can I join the Pearl PTSA?

Simply visit our membership page and follow the instructions to sign up. With your membership, you will be added to the email communications during the year to stay on top of what is going on and opportunities to be part of the community. How do I Volunteer?

To become a school volunteer you will need to fill out the application and make sure you have a current TB evaluation form. Please visit the LAUSD Volunteer site. This will allow you to volunteer for events at the school and fieldtrips. To volunteer for a PTSA specific event, you will need to join PTSA and sign a volunteer waiver.

When are meetings?

We know your time is valuable, so there are only have a handful of Association Meetings during the year. They are typically the third week of August, October, January, March, and May. Based on the activities during the year, we may need to add a meeting. We love to see you in person, but understand if you can only join via zoom. Executive Board Members meet every month to continue the business of the PTSA. If you would like to join our Executive Board please email PearlPTSA@gmail.com

Where do PTSA donations go?

Donations support school programs, events, and resources for students and teachers. We host family nights, and community-building, student activities, and fundraiser activities all year long. Please check with your company to see if there are corporate matching funds for donations and make your generous gift even larger!
